Hi Everyone,

I have a Diablo 3S drive in. It had electrical damage and the rom was blank an the preamp was fried. New heads and a matching rom and I can read from the SA but all attempts to write result with a

"DISK SERVO WRT FLT OFFTRACK ERROR"

which I have not seen before.

Any ideas?

DNC_Scotty, first of all look at original modules 11 or 51, there you will see FW version. Compare with the ROM FW version you are using, and if the versions are not match, look for new compatible ROM.
