Family 9401 Pharoad_oasis.

Terminal output

pcb no: 100774000 REV C

I can't access terminal. After terminal port it gives immediately LED error.
Noclicking, NO motor stop.

How to get terminal access T>?
I have tried with read channel short on the pcb but can't sucess.

is any alternate method to get terminal access?

I have attached the Images of pcb.

I have assume two point for the read channel. and tried both the points but can not success to get Terminal Port T>.

is any suggestion? How to get the T>?

Did you unlock it? If i remember corectly they have locked terminal.

Yes I have tried with unlock also.

Generally The locked hdd gets the Terminal prompt T>. After that if you send any command it gives error like "diagnostic port is locked"

In My case I can't get the Terminal prompt T>. The LED Error coming continuously.

checked serial numberinside rom. it is same. But the date field information does not shows year. Year field is blank.
The hdd is seagate certified repair hdd.

Well the serial port log is not really informative, so unless somebody can take this FW and check address FAddr:0x003211FC it's gonna be a guess work here.
My guess is the drive eats up something unhealthy from the SA and dies.

I've got one here with the exact same issue. Changed HSA, changed PCB, and it's still the same thing.

I can get terminal for a split second and even managed to switch to level 7 and send the sleep command a couple times, but then it just returns a different LED error. LED:0x000000BD FAddr:0x00007C1D
instead of the usual LED:0x000000EE FAddr:0x003211FC

Regardless, I can't see a way to fix it with no terminal or SA access of any kind. But, I'm open to ideas if anyone has one.
