Seagate ST3000DM001 "En Tech" issue (Requesting Remote Assistance)

Hello all, we are working on a drive that is showing bad heads, but we cant seem to get it to respond to anything other than ROM commands. Terminal readouts are also only available after the drive is power cycled. We are happy to pay someone to recover this drive remotely if possible. Thanks!

We have also tried a ROM swap, ROM Heads Map Editing, PCB changed, etc. It just simply wont respond to anything other than ROM commands.

Looks like bad heads to me. Can't fix that remotely.
