PCB swap for SSHD Seagate

Please suggest me what componets need to swap in a seagate SSHD 2.5`` drive , as I swap ROM ,the drive do not read the sectors.

I don't have one of those SSHD on my desk but I would like to find out

(I have ace labs tools and I have been having them for almost 10 years
