nand01gr3b2cza imaging

Hello all,

I'm trying to make a image from a vbga63 chip: nand01gr3b2cza to be precise.
Elnec is supporting this device but i constantly are getting an error that certain pins are not connected so i reballed etc but keep getting the errors. Is there a way to image this chip with pc3000 wit help off the circuitboard? Or is there an other way to do this?
