cut head in FBLite 2.5

hello ,
any tips to cut cut head in FBLite 2.5
always get error
"Remove head............................. : Remove head error - Device Error Detected: "Unknown error code: 3746"

Hello Tawfeek,
First you need to check the other heads if they are good.
Check also the SA modules, they all should be green too.

If your goal is data recovery, it is not necessary to cut the head using the "Remove head" command, you can just spare the bad head with a good one in RAM head map.

my question is : do pc3k with last version support cut head IN FBLite 2.5? EVEN IF YOU HAVE NEW HDD , cut head will fail in FB lite .
* i just speak about repair not Recovery

Tawfeek, It is interesting what exactly happens when you cut the head. If the drive has 2 heads, and you try to cut the system head, drive can really fails.
