Hello

I've got a WD USB Passport WD5000BMVV and it can't read SA. It says module 02 is not found.
This is the report :

Hi,

It's not reading DIR module to load SA.
Can you explain what happened to that drive and what happens when you power it on.

Hello,

Finally I open the drive in cleanroom and there is a big circular scratch on the first platter so I stop investigation.
