STM3160215AS is very Slow

hi
i have a hdd in following specification :
STM3160215AS , 160 GB Sata , 3.5" , FW : 4.AAB

all the things are ok when i connect it to pc3000 , but the speed of saving data is very very very slow .

any has an idea that how i can correct it ?

the terminal messages are as follow :

=00 ErCt=0000 Hlth=0000 CHlth=0000 Ready LBA=07DD014B

Hello.

Please try to create a loader from this drive, then load drive from that loader and apply "Anti pending bug" solution. This may increase reading speed.
