Barracuda 7200.12 500 GB always busy :-(

Hi,to all!
I have here a Seagate ST3500418AS which goes immediately "Busy" after power on.
Terminal shows LED:000000CD FA Addrr:002584C3 and thats it!
Automatic repair for cc error is not working - it hangs and does not do anything.
Does someone or Acelab support have any idea what to do?
Help would be kindly appreciated.

Hi Fred,

Can you post up the steps you've taken so we can understand what have you done already.

set yout HT to the proper speed then

Isolate the motor, Power ON and then:

/2
Z

remove the isolation from the motor carefully
screws back

U

/1 then N1

post the HT log here specially after the Z and U commands
