ST3250310AS not responding

Hi,

I have a Seagate ST3250310AS 7200.10 NHawk Plus which is not responding. There should be some problem with power, but I can't detect it.

I've checked PCB contacts and OK.
I've checked TVS and seems OK.
No SATA green led on when powered on.
When powered on, endless message in terminal:

Powering HDD ins Safe Mode hangs PC3K.
Same behaviour when I insolate commutator chip.

I have a donor with identical properties, what else can I check?

Could you please provide terminal output from the beginning? It's not clear what happens with the drive.
Probably this hard drive has logic board problems.
