I need to turn off the heads in RAM of this drive, but it cannot detect the family.
Is this possible?

on the hdd labe you you will find the model

That is the model. It is a new 2Tb.

I think the current version of PC3000 WD Marvell utility dos not support this family yet

It is possible to figure out the family by viewing C5 module from SA.
To enter WD utility you should enter it with some of the last added families, like DragFly X , Tahoe or other families from the end of the list.
The goal is to find a family that could access the modules. Module
