how identifie hdd donor from this Samsung hard drive:

Model HM500LX
Hdd PN:HM500LX/VPK
S/N:81VV1JDQS10613
I do the change heads

Hi,

First of all, how do you know that the problem is heads related?
Second, do you have experience on swapping heads on those?
