HTS541616J9AT00 No Id, 0 lab, but no acess to data

I have HTS541616J9AT00 with no Id, 0 lba but no access to data.

The drive looks like RDY but from the sound of it the head failed to calibrate and retracted back to parking zone. maybe the SA is corrupted.

How do i access the modules to check the SA?

Is it possible to modify FW boot flag to start from 2nd SA copy? Maybe if copy SA is bad this might help?
