SMG HM121HC - Spins up, DRD, but no ID or access to SA (BSY)

HM121HC (M5P family). Gets DRD after pwr on but hangs (BSY) if trying to ID or access SA. SW RST or HW RST gets drive DRD again with a new ScanOff ..

Aborted SA scan or what? Any ideas?

Customer says that drive died after a checkdisk.

do u hear any calibration sound.
if you have same DONOR. HS will b the option for further check

I think HS is good idea if spinning but no clicking.
