WD Pinna. Healthy SA - but no access to surface

I have one Pinnacle WD drive where all SA Structure test had no errors, but the drive did not allow to get the data from it and also appear errors when reading Service tracls from Cyl -1.

I had exact same problem with Hulk drive. One of the acelab developers was able to look at it for me and turns out head 7 was damaged, even though head test says it was OK. When disk stats up, translator tries to load but disk can not read from bad head and translator stopped. Maybe is the same for you?
