Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 Tonka ST3400832A
On power up receive DWF, CRR, ERR errors. Drives stays BSY, DRD, DSC, IDX indicators stay on green. When powered up in safemode receive DWF, CRR, ERR, UNC, INF, ABR, TON, AMN errors. System locks can't power off/on HDD. Tried to identify the HDD family and it locks the program and won't let me power on/off the HDD. Tried to find out how to repair but can't locate a starting point. Could someone give me a clue please.

Help new to this how do you repair track 0 when it is not found.

problem solved. It is not a problem with the SA it is a head crash that has destroyed the drive and it is not recoverable. Thank you for all that read this post
