Dears,

I am with problem in this HDD - where I do not obtain to have access module 02.
This is the error that it shows:

If execute the procedure of HOT SWAP method that the area of data of the HDD with defect is possible to get access.

Of course No, because this problem is not with Service Area. There is problem with ROM your HDD. Can you see the following lines:

ROM reading............................. : Ok
Head Map Reading Error.................. : Module 0A reading error
Firmware version........................ : Module 0D reading error

It means that the whole ROM is reading OK, but when you try to read the modules of ROM then it makes error. That is why the problem is in microprogram. I think so.

You should take all modules from DUMP of whole ROM. For that try to cut it with use HEX editor and put into new ROM. Don't forget to recalculate check summ every modules.
