What is the partition type? It is possible that these are Linux type (XFS for example)

No . it is not a Linux File. It is Video Camera HDD Device. It has no Windows on it only data. I can read three partitions but not file system on it. When i look on Hex format there i know there is files on it.

If it's from a video camera, how do you know it's not a proprietary file system?

Hi,

You've got very known file systems, like NTFS, FAT32, HFS+, EXT3 and so on, but there are a lot more file system created by other companies to some specific devices, like camera recording and some other, that are not recognizable by regular recovery software.
That may be your case.
