wd50ndzw the disk stops spinning

Hello

I have a wd50ndzw-11bcss0 disk with PCB 810035, it has fallen.

I have converted the PCB to SATA, changed the heads, and the disk starts spinning but stops immediately.

I have blocked the SA and tried to load module 11, but it doesn’t finish loading. The disk restarts and gives this error: permanent ovl (11) data uploading: No SATA connection, and the disk stops spinning. If I try to load module 11 again, I get the following error: permanent ovl (11) uploading Device error detected "HOT DEBUGSGSTOP OCCURRED".

Now the disk spins, but when I try to change the heads in RAM, they all appear as 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0.

Do you have any ideas?
