help to recover data frm sd card 256gb
Lexar SD 256gb Not initialized give cmd8 no answer in sd card adapter
Re: help to recover data frm sd card 256gb
Hello. It must be SM2704-based SD card with BGA-132/BGA-152 inside. We recommend you to do a chip off. For such cards we even have a good translator which will allow us to build a good image with File Structure.

Re: help to recover data frm sd card 256gb
You might want to smooth those pads a little more.
And move the chip in the reader slightly each time you try to read it as these are not automatically centered.

Re: help to recover data frm sd card 256gb
This NAND is BGA-132, which is thinner than BGA-152, so you should place it directly in the middle of the adapter, it's important for a good contacts. In case of any troubles - please contact ACE Lab TS dpt. We will guide you with recovery steps: ts.acelab.eu.com

Re: help to recover data frm sd card 256gb
i have same problem with
Pen drive Philips 128gb
Controller IS918
Chip: PF667-25AR
cleaned perfectly, I insert it into the BGA-152 reader, but it only gives me the incorrect ID 0x0000, is the chip burned or do I have to set the power?

Hello. You should try to set 2.45V during the ID reading and check. After that, most likely you will need to adopt chip ID parameters for this NAND and set 2.45V inside.
Anyway, better to ask such questions in ACELab TS

Yeah, it's the new Intel/Micron low voltage chips. With a very bad quality...
