Western Digital does not access user data

Hello everyone,
I tried to recover 2.5 western digital Drive, Model number WD20SPZX, When I try to access the files in DE, there is no user data available. I perform T2 recovery and backup modules and SA, The sectors look good on sector edit, also module 01A Error occurred. Could you please advise.

when you say there is no user data available, what does sector edit give you? Are you getting actual visible data or a 'readable' blank sector?
