ST4000VX007 - drive clicks/grinds 4 times and then DRD + DSC

Hi All,

I have a 4TB Seagate Skyhawk drive (ST4000VX007). When powered on using PC-3000 the drive spins up, clicks/"scuffs" 4 times, becomes DRD + DSC ready and then spins down. Auto detect works and shows correct drive info, but gives a message error about initalisation microprogram tables

I'm thinking maybe heads issue, is there anything else it might be or anything else that I could try?

+1 on heads are gone. Would not power on before heads are checked under microscope.
Also terminal could reveal a lot og good info. But for now, no further power on before heads are checked.
