Hi ,
I have solved this error by disabling defective head in Ram .I tried this in Freeplay family

Blog procedure only works when bad head is a non-system head. You will need to do ROM edit of headmap, as Amarbir suggests, to see if one of the two system heads is good. If not then head swap is called for.

And did you swap the defective head afterwards to get the remaining data from that area?
