How to select Sata PCB compatible with the one USB PCB 2060-800041-003 rEV P1

you can do it more easily and more precise

the heads/controller driver on the board is B20, B22 and B23 (not yet seen any B21, but it may exists)

so just check the smaller squared chip on the spindle connector side of the board and check its version

Obviously it must match between the USB and the SATA board

So far we have seen B20 on PebbleB and B22/B23 on SpyGlass

Tried 2 SATA PCBs: 2060-80002-002 and both have the same problem: status register all ON and no spinup. With the USB PCB (SATA conversion) there is SED enabled.
