WD20SMZW-11YFCS0 Palmer Drive
Hi, I have a WD20SMZW-11YFCS0, which I believe is from the Palmer family. I'm having trouble with the motor and would like to know if anyone has a working WD20SMZW-11YFCS0 drive. If so, I'm respectfully requesting if you could please measure winding resistance from all points at the locations in the attachment and post the findings. Thanks so much, Dave

davidswa1, I believe Mr. Amarbir is right. Open the drive and check the heads and platters.
With best regards
