How to know the used space of hard drive

Hope is an easy question.
Is possible to know the used space of the whole partition when you are in Explorer mode? Or may be posible to know the size of a folder and all its contents?

If you mark the data and generate map then it tells you the size of marked items. Hope this is what you needed.
